Kamado is a tiny bakery located in the mountains of Kamo City, Chiba Prefecture. We use Japanese wheat, organic dried fruits & nuts, and sea salt. Our natural yeast is from Hoshino and our own cultiva
...ted yeast. While our croissants use butter, other breads are made without fats, sugar, or eggs. Since we make everything by hand, supplies are limited. Our shop is a bit hard to find in the mountains, so feel free to call if you get lost.
