Exploring around Yachiyo Station Part 1 I visited Yoshino, which I've been curious about every time I come here, just a 2-minute walk from my daughter's place near Yachiyo Station on the Hokusō Line. The exterior looks like an old-fashioned soba shop, giving off a nostalgic Showa vibe. The interior reminded me of my childhood in the Showa era! Haha. I ordered the duck nanban soba. The thick slices of duck had a great texture, and the freshly made soba was delicious. However, as someone from Kansai, I found the broth a bit lacking in flavor. That's just how it is, but overall, it was tasty.
