I visited Taisho, located near Keisei Takane Kōdan Station. (It’s a 7-minute walk, with parking available for 3 to 4 cars.) This is a reasonably priced and delicious okonomiyaki restaurant I regularly visit. 【Order Details】 Taisho Okonomiyaki Mochi Mentaiko Monja Kaki Butter Hotate Butter Te-ba-yaki (grilled chicken wings) Yakisoba, among others I had lots of beer and chuhai. Taisho is a long-established okonomiyaki shop loved by locals over the years, which has a nostalgic atmosphere inside. (There’s no background music, so it’s completely quiet, which is quite amusing!) Taisho has hardly raised its prices for years, keeping them very affordable! (It makes you worry a bit!) And the food is delicious! They offer a wide variety of a la carte options and desserts that are superb! It’s a personally recommended restaurant run by a kind couple that I absolutely adore.

I visited Taisho, which is located about a 7-8 minute walk from Takane-kodan Station on the Shin-Keisei Line. There's free parking available for three cars across the street from the restaurant. This is a long-standing okonomiyaki restaurant loved by locals for many years. 【Items Ordered】 Taisho-yaki (Okonomiyaki MIX) JPY 750 Mochi Cheese Mentaiko Monja JPY 830 Kaki Butter (Oysters with Butter) JPY 700 Scallop Butter JPY 700 Gomoku Yakisoba (Fried Noodles with Five Ingredients) JPY 600 etc. A wide variety of alcoholic beverages are available. The atmosphere inside truly feels like a nostalgic Showa-era experience, adding to the enjoyment. All the okonomiyaki, monja, and grilled dishes were delicious, and the prices were remarkably affordable. (Refer to the menu in the photos) I've been coming here for over 15 years, and I believe they haven't raised their prices at all. (Even if prices have gone up, it must be just a slight increase.) The always gentle owner and his very kind wife make this a fantastic okonomiyaki place that has been loved by the community for many years.
