I visited for lunch on a holiday for the first time. The location is near Akita Station, and the interior is spacious with a stylish atmosphere. The restaurant was about half full, with many groups of women ranging from 2 to 4 people. It has a casual yet somewhat special vibe. The lunch menu mainly features pasta and pizza. I chose the "Akita Beef Bolognese (JPY 1,500)" marked as a classic, along with Oolong tea as a set drink (+JPY 100). Although mobile ordering via QR code was available, it was a bit slow to respond, so I ordered directly from the staff. The food was served in about 10 minutes. The visual appeal of the freshly shaved cheese on top immediately caught my attention. The pasta had a nice texture with its angular shape, and there was plenty of ground Akita beef. While the Bolognese had a rich flavor, it was slightly tangy, and personally, I prefer a taste with a bit more umami. The price is a bit high for everyday use, but it’s perfect for a treat or a girls' party. The service was also attentive and left a good impression. I’d like to try the pizza next time.
