Food "Specialty Store for Oysters and Fish! Direct Air Delivery from 35 Fishermen in Hokkaido and Kyushu"
We have built a trusting relationship with 35 fishermen from Hokkaido and Kyushu, who take us out on their boats to fish together. These fishermen contact us from the boat with the oysters and fish they catch in the morning, allowing us to select and purchase them on the spot through a process called "onboard procurement." This enables us to directly and prioritally acquire the best catches of the day without going through the market. We value delivering the essence of these ingredients to our customers. The lineup changes daily based on the types of fish caught in the fixed nets the day before.

Where in Japan can you enjoy the most delicious and safe oysters throughout the year? Where is the sea that produces the most delicious fish in Japan? We will visit various seas, experience the ingredients, and present carefully selected oysters from "Akkeshi, Hokkaido" and fish from "Tsushima, Nagasaki," known as one of the world's premier fishing grounds in the Genkai Sea. We will share the story of delicious ingredients influenced by Japan's ocean currents and plankton.
Space"Custom-made Single Slab Table Finished with 150-Year-Old Zelkova"
The table where customers dine is made from a single piece of Zelkova wood that is 150 years old. The walls of the restaurant are finished with diatomaceous earth plaster, incorporating traditional plastering techniques to create a natural texture. The lighting at the counter is made from washi paper, crafted by artisans from Ishikawa Prefecture. Enjoy the comfortable, Japanese-style interior that abundantly incorporates materials such as wood and washi paper, which Japan proudly presents to the world.

Since we deal directly with fishermen, we reduce the time spent at markets and with intermediaries, as well as the additional costs incurred. The fish are caught in Tsushima, Nagasaki, and the fishermen take them directly to the airport, where they arrive at our main store in Toyota, Aichi Prefecture, within 16 hours by plane. Through our direct dealings with fishermen, we deliver the highest freshness to our customers.
