We serve hearty and substantial meat dishes, such as the signature "Florentine-style T-bone steak," grilled to perfection using the high-performance grill "BroilKing." It's an Italian-style BBQ that you can enjoy with your family and friends.
Food "Commitment to T-Bone, Beef Tenderloin, Sirloin, and Snow-Aged Meat"
The specialty is the "T-bone steak," where sirloin and fillet are arranged on either side of the T-shaped bone. It's a greedy delight that allows you to enjoy two cuts of meat at once. It's recommended to sprinkle plenty of herb salt and enjoy the thick-cut meat rare in the center. Additionally, you can savor carefully selected meats such as European raw sausages, beef fillet, domestically produced snow-aged pork, bone-in lamb, and duck.
