I love Wan! If I had to choose a chain, it might be my favorite. Among them, this Yamagata location is outstanding. The customer service is excellent. I'm not particularly picky about service, but my friend who came with me was quite pleased. I definitely noticed their attention to detail. It's impressive for such a large restaurant. Unlimited refills on miso soup is quite a treat! For the side salad, I don't think unlimited refills are necessary, though. They were having a highball fair, so I ordered a highball... it was just average, but refreshing for summer. I highly recommend this Wan!
