Since we prepare it in-house, you can fully enjoy its rich flavor. Please savor the delicious taste and just-right texture that can only be experienced with fresh whole chicken!
Food Exquisite!! Miso Stew of Beef Tendons and Chicken Harami, Completed in 36 Hours
Fresh beef tendon and chicken harami, along with root vegetables, are combined with a homemade chicken bone broth and a miso base made with Hatcho miso and plenty of tomatoes. This mixture is simmered slowly for 12 hours and then left to rest for a full day before completion.
