Walk along the main street leading to JR Otsuka Station, with your back to the station, and take the sidewalk on the left, where you will find LAWSON → Mansion → Hanaki Nomura → Shinko knife-cut noodle → Mizuho Bank ATM → Spaghetti Le Bo → Pizza Hut → shose It is one stop before the corner of Kanazawa, and is on the 2nd floor of the Hayashi Building, with Italian Cuisine Bar R on the 1st floor (the only entrance is by stairs to the 2nd floor). Born in Yamaguchi Prefecture in 1975. At the age of 20, while aspiring to be a painter, he started working part-time at the renowned restaurant "Shinjuku Bombay," which led him to pursue a career in cooking. He deepened his knowledge of Indian cuisine through travels in India and Southeast Asia. While honing his skills at places like "Daba India" and "Gurgaon" in Ginza, he discovered the deliciousness of spice combinations that are not bound by tradition. In 2010, he opened "Kacchal Baccal," a restaurant where guests can enjoy spice dishes and drinks, in order to pursue his own path.

Mr. Tamura, who has trained at numerous renowned Indian restaurants, has arrived at a combination of spices that is not bound by the conventional concepts of Indian cuisine. By intentionally pairing spices that would not typically be combined in traditional settings, he creates a deep flavor that enhances the appeal of the ingredients. His original curries, such as "Chicken Achari Curry," which are crafted by trusting his own sensibility and palate, transcend the realm of Indian cuisine and can be described as innovative dishes.
