Under the wonderful conditions of well-drained shirasu plateaus covered with volcanic ash from Sakurajima and a warm climate, sweet potatoes, particularly the Kogane Sengan variety, are primarily used as the main ingredient for imo shochu. Additionally, we offer various shochus from Kyushu, including barley shochu originating from Iki in Nagasaki Prefecture, as well as limited edition and seasonal shochus in consultation with the breweries!
