We offer fresh offal sourced directly from Shiga Prefecture, including the black tongue and harami of Omi beef, which is considered one of the three great wagyu. In particular, the black tongue and harami sagari are procured through a non-water treatment process and are not vacuum-packed, resulting in a rich aroma, deep flavor, and a pleasant aftertaste. We invite you to savor the true umami of the meat at our restaurant. Please note that availability may be limited depending on the supply situation. We also have carefully selected cuts of lean and marbled meat available.
Food "Enjoy a Rich Selection of Fresh Meat Dishes"
At our store, which is certified for handling raw meat for consumption, you can enjoy exquisite dishes made with raw Tajima Ota beef from Hyogo Prefecture. In addition to the classic tare yukke, we offer a variety of original raw meat dishes with different seasonings. For the yukke, we use Tochigi's Juhou eggs, which are rich and have a strong sweetness.
DrinkSeasonal Selection of Natural Wines
At our store, we only offer natural wines and source bottled wines each season. With the belief of "just like meat, the true flavor of grapes," we handle "Vinnature," which is produced using organic farming methods. We have carefully selected about eight varieties of red wines that pair well with meat.

On the lively 1st floor, which has an inviting atmosphere, we offer table seating for 4 to 6 people and a sunken kotatsu seating for 6. It is perfect for families with small children and for gatherings. Meanwhile, the calm B1 floor is equipped with spacious seating for 4, making it ideal for couples or those who wish to enjoy a meal in a more tranquil setting.

At Setagaya Yakiniku bon, we offer a wide variety of raw meat dishes, all prepared in a shop licensed for handling meat for raw consumption.
You can savor the extremely rare Omi beef, including the Omi
... beef black tongue and harami, as well as Omi beef liver and other offal, all directly shipped from Shiga Prefecture, the home of Omi beef.
We also have a selection of Omi beef cuts such as misuji, ichibo, and ribeye, along with other options like negi-tan salt and negi-harami.
Additionally, we have a variety of finishing dishes available.
