I had some business in Futako-Tamagawa and decided to stop by unexpectedly. It was just before noon, but there were three groups waiting. I bought a ticket and lined up next to the shop. The interior is small with only counter seating, so I think I’ll avoid coming here after shopping. I ordered the Kaidashi Chuka Soba with clams and pork, and my bowl arrived in about 10 minutes. The rich flavor of the clam broth was incredibly satisfying. The noodles were smooth yet chewy, with a delightful texture. In short, it was a refined bowl of ramen. I even wanted to add the clam rice to the soup and savor every drop of the broth. There are plenty of clams to enjoy. Thank you for the meal! ☺︎
