First Time Trying Kebab Rice
At 12:50 PM on a weekday, I visited the restaurant for lunch with a colleague. I usually order the daily curry, but this time I decided to try the Kebab Rice, something I don't typically order. However, the kebab sauce didn't really pair well with the rice, and it wasn't to my taste. I do appreciate their effort to keep things interesting, though.
ケバブライス¥980-
Occasional Chicken Curry
I entered on a weekday at 11 AM, and even though it was technically before opening, they kindly guided me in. I decided to try the classic chicken curry. It's delicious—just as I remember. By the way, the back of the second floor features a VIP private room, and not just a storeroom, but a relaxation area with bunk beds. Be cautious, as sometimes you'll see staff hurrying out after waking up!
チキンカレーセット¥950-
Nepalese Katsu Curry
I entered the restaurant at 11:20 AM on a scorching weekday, with no customers ahead of me. It was still a bit early for lunch, and since I was familiar with the place, I casually went up to the second floor where the air conditioning and lights were not turned on yet. A little later, the owner brought over an ashtray and a mini salad. They apologized for the heat inside, but I felt there was no issue given that I had just walked in unannounced. After some light conversation, I ordered the katsu curry, which I had never tried before. Since the owner changed, the menu has had a slight upgrade, including the katsu curry. I thought it might not match, and it turned out to be exactly as I expected—a mismatch. It's not European-style curry, and it's not even katsu; the fried egg on top is also a mystery. This resembles something that just looks like katsu curry; perhaps some people might enjoy it.

I entered the restaurant at 12:55 PM on a weekday. Although the peak hours had passed, the second-floor seating area, which allows smoking, was still being cleaned up. I had to wait a little before being seated. The management has changed, and while there are now more menu options besides curry, I preferred the previous seasoning. Considering the price, I can't really complain. I'm sure I will be back soon.
