【Date and Time】 Visited on Saturday at 4 PM with two people. 【Location】 Just a 1-minute walk from either Hamamatsucho or Daimon station. You can easily spot the restaurant thanks to its large sign along the main street. 【Interior】 The restaurant has a few counter seats and many tables. It seems like there’s also a second floor. We were seated at a table for four, sharing with others through an acrylic divider. 【Order】 Cheers with a bottled beer! ・Braised Dish The saltiness is surprisingly rare. The umami of the horumon (offal) really comes through, and it’s incredibly delicious! I highly recommend this! ・Liver I chose the seasoning to be omakase, and received it with a refreshing sauce! ・Tataki There was a limit of one per person, so I ordered one. It was like a skewer with a lot of cartilage, similar to tsukune (meatballs). To be honest, I didn’t find it as amazing as everyone had recommended. 【Service】 There was quite a noticeable difference between the friendly staff and the not-so-friendly ones. 【Final Thoughts】 The braised dish paired perfectly with the bottled beer! It seems that takeout is also available for the braised dish, so I plan to order some for takeout next time as well.
