This is a teppanyaki dish made with seasonal seafood, which is the second most popular item after our black-haired wagyu beef. We manage fresh seafood, purchased every morning, in a live tank. Once we receive your order, we boldly prepare live ingredients such as Ise lobster directly from the tank. We also continuously source the most delicious ingredients available during that season. We offer a luxurious teppanyaki course that makes abundant use of "in-season" ingredients. Please enjoy the flavors that reflect the changing seasons.

After honing my skills for over 10 years at a long-established teppanyaki restaurant, I achieved my long-held dream of independence in 2018 after becoming the manager of teppanyaki restaurants in Ginza and Minami Aoyama. The philosophy of the president, whom I respect as a chef, is "smiling sales and prosperity," and creating a cheerful and enjoyable restaurant atmosphere is the foundation of our establishment. We enjoy conversations with our customers with "smiles" and always cook while laughing, no matter the situation. The name of the restaurant was inspired by the desire to provide warm and colorful hospitality for our customers' meals, much like a sunflower.
Space"Designing Interior Spaces with Care for the Customer's Eye Level When Seated"
We paid special attention to the tables, chairs, and plates that customers will come into contact with. Please come and see and touch the actual items when you visit. The counter has been designed to prioritize the customer's eye level by removing unnecessary shelves and stands. We use Okinawan dishes and ingredients, and we also go directly to Toyosu to purchase them. We have created a space that blends modern wooden interiors with a sense of warmth, resulting in a refined yet nostalgic Japanese modern atmosphere.
