I couldn't read the name of the restaurant... 听 Is it pronounced Kin, Gin, Chou, Tei, or is it Pondo? Haha, turns out it’s Pondo Ya! Most Popular 【Online Reservation Only】 2-hour All-You-Can-Drink with Black Wagyu Steak & Hamburg Course for JPY 5,980 (tax included) 【Lunch drinking is also OK】 【Menu】 ■ Appetizer Daily Soup A beautiful green cold soup. Is it edamame? It’s smooth and refreshing. My expectations for the upcoming dishes just skyrocketed! ■ Cold Appetizer Kale Salad A kale salad topped with cheese. The seasoning was to my liking, and the kale was crispy and delicious. ■ Appetizer Pasture-Fed Grilled Tartare with Semi-Dried Tomatoes and Shallots Purple Cabbage with Sesame Kombu I loved that each dish was served individually. The seasoning on the tomatoes was great, and the texture of the shallots was nice. The unexpected combination of purple cabbage and salted kombu was surprisingly delicious. ■ Hot Appetizer Black Wagyu Beef Stew with Natural Bread Just one slice of bread. On the teppan, there was a large hamburg and sliced steak. You can grill it to your liking, and the juicy hamburg was delicious even with just salt and pepper. There are two types of steak sauce on the table for your preference. The steak was also very tender and tasty! I can’t believe they serve such quality meat for lunch. I envy those who can go for lunch in this area! The all-you-can-drink options didn’t include beer, but there were highballs and two types of natural red and white wine.
