Using fresh ingredients sourced with a discerning eye, we offer beautifully crafted sushi, each piece made with care. The rice is selected from the "Ginbozu Ichizoku" variety grown in Miyagi Prefecture, specifically for sushi. We use both red vinegar and white vinegar depending on the sushi toppings, and we adjust the acidity according to the temperature, showcasing our commitment to quality from the ingredients to the final presentation. Please enjoy these elegant creations born from skilled craftsmanship.

Starting with "Eikun" and "Kikusui," which are produced in Shizuoka Prefecture, our collection includes selections from the local sake specialty store "Suzuden," with about 12 to 13 varieties available at all times. Additionally, we offer a diverse range of carefully chosen premium sakes that pair well with sushi, so please feel free to find your favorite drink.
