We have prepared high-quality black-haired wagyu, domestic beef, and beef and pork offal, including thick cuts of kalbi and harami, as well as fresh Ningyocho offal. Among these, the "Aged Thick Cut Beef Tongue," which has been aged for several days, is exceptionally tender, with its rich flavor concentrated and bursting in your mouth with each bite.
