I had a bit of a rough day. On days like that, why not treat yourself to some yakiniku? And I did just that! I indulged in a generous serving of high-quality, delicious meat. Thank you! Assorted Meat Platter Bibimbap 3 Types of Tongue I'm completely satisfied. All the meat was tender and it made me so happy.

It was so delicious~~ This yakiniku restaurant really is amazing!! (*´∀人) I went for the large size rice.

I had lunch at SaSa. I highly recommend it! The place was quiet. You can choose the portion size for the rice. I went for the large size. You can pick between wakame or kalbi soup. Additionally, they have beef tongue for just JPY 100. Isn’t that cheap? Make sure to check out the touch panel. The meat was delicious! The outside skirt was incredibly tender, served with sauce over rice. The lunch comes with a side of salad, namul, and kakuteki. Though it's a small portion, it's a nice touch for a break between bites. Lunch drinks range from JPY 100 to JPY 150. The oolong tea was free! Is that alright? I chose the wakame soup and it was packed with seaweed! So generous. Though it was just lunch, the quality of the meat was impressive. I truly recommend it.

Cheers! The state of emergency has been lifted. Today, we're celebrating at SaSa. I'm sticking to non-alcoholic drinks—just juice. It's been about a year since I last visited. Three types of beef tongue, three types of pork, Ashikaga Maru beef, sirloin, Korean Perilla Leaves, and assorted beverages. Time to place our order. The allure of fresh meat is irresistible. Lightly seared on the outside with a pink center is great, well-done with a nice char is also fantastic, wrapped in Korean Perilla Leaves is perfect, and the dipping sauces, salt, and lemon are all excellent. The ways to enjoy yakiniku are... endless. (I absolutely love the idea of endlessness!) I've started to love lean meats more. Is it because of my age? No way, I'm still only 31. Yakiniku brings such happiness. It wipes away my fatigue. The pomegranate tea was delicious. It doesn't taste like tea at all—it's more like pomegranate juice. Honestly, the deliciousness of yakiniku is truly endless. It was a great meal. Mitsu Dango☆

I was taken out for some long-awaited yakiniku. (^w^) It was my first time at this restaurant, and since I absolutely love meat, I was filled with excitement. For starters, I decided to go with the omakase. Chateaubriand 5 Assorted Cuts 3 Assorted Tongue Korean Perilla Leaves Wait a second—Chateaubriand? Isn’t that what the Kato sisters were eating on TV? They quickly grilled it for me, and I enjoyed it with a fork and knife. Oh, wow, it’s so tender… I barely need my teeth. Well, maybe I do, but despite being red meat, this is just too tender! (;つД｀) It’s way more tender than the tenderloin I usually have. It’s just not comparable… It’s tender whether it’s rare or well-done. Seriously, it’s not even in the same league… As for the 5 assorted cuts: Premium Tongue, Premium Tripe, Premium Loin, Special Outside Skirt, Flap Meat. I heard that normally they offer Kalbi instead of Flap Meat. But I love Flap Meat! The tongue is shaped like a rose... It’s like a meat flower. I don’t want to ruin the shape; I want to decorate my room with it. But in no time at all, it was taken apart! (°▽°) Moo~ All five pieces were delicious. The Flap Meat was especially tasty with its wonderful fat! The fat was refreshing, paired perfectly with the sauce! Wrapped in the Korean Perilla Leaves, it was absolutely delightful! Now for the 3 assorted tongue: Premium Tongue, Tongue Lower, Tongue. They’re all so different! My favorite is definitely the Premium Tongue! The Tongue Lower has an incredible texture. Is this rubber? (laughs) But it’s still delicious in its own way. The restaurant’s interior is clean and doesn’t smell. Ah, I think I’ve found my favorite spot! (///∇///)
