We offer a variety of menus including udon, soba, ramen, and rice bowls, available year-round for your convenience.
Our soba
... broth is made with "re-processed soy sauce" that boasts rich flavor and depth, prepared in a traditional Edomae style. Our udon broth uses a first dashi made with dried bonito from Yaizu, along with urume and niboshi. We take pride in our products.
