Reservation Notes
● Our restaurant does not accept vague reservations such as provisional bookings.
● We do not accept reservations that fall into the following examples:
(For example, reservations with a range of guests from a minimum of X to a maximum of Y, or time slots that are too broad, such as between 7:00 PM and 7:30 PM.)
● Since we have limited seating in tatami rooms, reservations are generally for groups of 4 or more.
● For reservations in tatami rooms, the time limit is set to 2 hours.
● Changes to the time or number of guests must be made by the day before the reservation.
● If there are changes to the number of guests or time on the day of the reservation, please call us by 5 PM before opening hours.
● If the number of guests decreases on the day of the reservation without prior notice, a cancellation fee of 1,000 yen per person will be charged.
● For cancellations of reservations for 7 or more guests, cancellations must be made at least 10 days before the reservation date. For cancellations of reservations for 6 or fewer guests, cancellations must be made at least 5 days before the reservation date. After these deadlines, a cancellation fee will be charged. The cancellation fee is 2,000 yen per person, so please understand this before making your reservation.
● We cannot accommodate changes to the number of guests or time after you arrive on the day of your reservation. A cancellation fee will apply for any decrease in the number of guests.
