We always search for delicious fish by utilizing unique routes, such as fresh fish directly shipped from fishing ports in Kochi and Ishikawa, deliveries from the central market in Kyoto, and connections with relatives in Kasumi, Hyogo, and Oita. Depending on the catch, we may even encounter rare fish that are only consumed in their production areas. Because we source high-quality ingredients, we treat them with great care. We prepare them with simple cooking methods that bring out the natural flavors of the ingredients.

The dugout-style semi-private room can accommodate small groups of up to 12 people. It is suitable for medium-sized parties, business meetings, and dining events.
