The eel dishes use fresh domestic eel sourced from the market every morning. The "Unaju" (eel over rice) is a special dish where skilled chefs carefully prepare and grill each eel to perfection, served over luxurious high-quality Koshihikari rice from the Uonuma region. Additionally, soft-shelled turtle dishes are available by reservation, except in July and August. You can enjoy various parts of the turtle, including the mild-tasting meat and collagen-rich skin, in dishes such as hot pot, rice porridge, and grilled liver. Please savor the lightly flavored soft-shelled turtle, which has very little odor.
