I visited a delicious Yakiniku restaurant that was a branch of a place known for its great meat, located near Nagahoribashi. The interior was spacious, and on the tables, there were: Garlic chips, Grated garlic, Gochujang. For drinks, I chose: Cassis Orange, Pine Juice, Oolong Tea. They brought us some dipping sauces for the yakiniku: A light sauce, A sweet sauce, Lemon. The cooking style was on a charcoal grill. I ordered a variety of a la carte dishes: Kimchi platter including: Napa cabbage, Cucumber, Yam with shiso leaf, Watercress. All the kimchi was delicious, and the shiso kimchi was a refreshing first for me. For the tongue sampler, we tried three types, Seasoned with salt and pepper, enjoyed with lemon. The thinner slices had a nice bite, The thicker slices were juicy and tender, And the medium thickness offered a delightful combination of both, all with distinct textures. The premium outside skirt was thick but incredibly tender and juicy—truly delicious! The domestic beef liver was lightly grilled and served with a ginger and onion sauce. It was soft and had minimal odor, making it tasty. The domestic beef loin featured beautiful marbling, with sweet and tender fat—absolutely delicious! The black-haired Wagyu hand-rolled sushi was easy to enjoy and perfect as a closing dish. It was topped with rare Wagyu and pickled daikon on rice, rolled in nori, and the melt-in-your-mouth meat combined with the crunch was superb! The black-haired Wagyu raw beef bowl is limited to 10 servings during lunch! Fresh and rich with a focus on shaved beef, combined with an egg for added flavor in a generous bowl. I broke the yolk and mixed it with the meat, and it paired perfectly with the sweet sauce! The combination of rice and yolk was outstanding and incredibly delicious! The rice was incredibly generous, piled high in the bowl—it was a bit surprising! Definitely a manga-style serving! We shared it between two, and many diners ordered this. Everything, starting from the high-quality meat, was delicious. Even after eating a lot, I felt great without any discomfort. It felt like a restaurant loved by many local customers, showcasing its community appeal. This is a highly recommended spot for those looking for a hearty meal!
