Exquisite Spice Curry by a French Chef
To M Kasse, I heard from reviews that the artistic presentation is impressive and the taste is wonderful, so I decided to visit immediately. The restaurant uses a system where you write your name on a board outside, but the competition seems to be quite high. So, I made a reservation by phone the day before, just in case, and was told that 14:00 was available, so I made the reservation without hesitation. I had a light breakfast to prepare for the visit, parked my car near Sumiyoshi Taisha, and arrived at the restaurant at 13:45. Outside the restaurant, there was a notice saying that they had sold out for the day, which made me a bit anxious, but when I approached, they guided me to my seat right away. I ordered: - 3-Combination Curry JPY 1400 x2 - Spice Chicken Curry - Galician-style Keema with Octopus and Clams - Sea Bream and Mushroom Duxelle Curry with Chestnut Spiced Glaze (Weekly Special) The first thing to note was the beautiful presentation; the colors and plating were artistically done. The ikura (salmon roe) and tobiko (fish roe) looked like precious gems. The taste was exquisite! The Sea Bream and Mushroom Duxelle Curry, with its buttery aroma, featured a crispy exterior with tender fish that paired perfectly with the curry sauce, making it outstanding. The Spice Chicken Curry had a pleasant spice fragrance, with a mildness thanks to the kombu broth. The keema had a soft, refreshing flavor infused with seafood aromas. I squeezed cut lemon over the salad and pickles for a refreshing finish. Overall, it was a well-thought-out and harmonious combination that I enjoyed until the end. I was truly satisfied with the deliciousness! Unfortunately, the recommended smoked spice egg was sold out, so I look forward to trying that next time.

平日10時40分と少し遅れて到着。タッチの差で2巡目となりました。
デフォのスパイスチキンカレーとキーマカレーの2種と週替りカレーがあります。

です。

スパイス燻製玉子 100円
を注文。
どれも独創的で見事な味でした!
具材の牡蠣の火の通し加減が絶妙でクリーミーでとても美味しかったです。
トッピングのスパイス燻製玉子はマスト。
満足度が高く今後のメニューも楽しみです!
