The "Oita Wagyu" produced at our own farm, Takumi Farm, is meticulously managed for its fat component known as "oleic acid." This unsaturated fatty acid is also recognized as a main component of olive oil. Oleic acid is a fluid fat, which means it doesn't solidify easily in the stomach. In other words, it allows for the realization of marbled meat that is less likely to cause a heavy feeling in the stomach! With the producers' heartfelt commitment, we ensure safety and peace of mind for our customers.

We are particular about the way we grill and eat meat to fully appreciate its original flavor and texture.
