The carefully crafted "Ganjang Gejang," which pursues the taste of tradition, features blue crabs marinated in a homemade sauce and aged to perfection. This soy sauce marinated crab is a delicacy often referred to as "rice thief" in its home country of Korea. Additionally, the labor-intensive "Yangnyeom Gejang," which is aged with care, perfectly combines the sweetness of crab roe, the flavor of the sea, and the spicy kick of the seasoning. It’s also a great accompaniment to drinks. You can also enjoy the rare "Yangnyeom Shrimp." This comes with unlimited rice, Korean seaweed, five side dishes, and eggs.
