Among our extensive menu, we highly recommend the "Yanasu Sour." This is a homemade infused drink that you can only enjoy here! Of course, we also have options to change to smaller sizes, so please feel free to raise a toast with your favorite drink!

We offer delicious skewered katsu fried using our special device, "Dr. Fry." Among our recommendations is the assorted platter menu, where you can choose from 5 skewers, 10 skewers, or the all-star selection of 18 varieties! You can also enjoy unique skewered katsu, such as those made with Iwashita's new ginger and mochi arare. Please enjoy them with our rich Osaka-made Tsuzumi sauce♪ Additionally, our signature dish, the "Overflowing Cheese Dote Katsu," is also highly recommended!

A "taishu oden" that emphasizes the dashi broth with a refreshing yuzu aroma! Each ingredient in the oden is paired with a different side dish! The light dashi, combined with the crisp scent of yuzu, satisfies both the mind and body! Additionally, we have the signature dish of our oden, the "tender pig's trotters." The trotters are slowly simmered for a long time until they become wonderfully tender. Enjoy every last bite!
