Located in Kitashinchi, il PePe✨ We made a reservation and arrived around 6 PM on a weekday. The interior has a counter that seats about 6 or 7 people, and the owner runs the place by himself. Since it was just the two of us, we were able to enjoy a calm atmosphere. This restaurant offers only the chef's omakase course for JPY 14,300. The menu is written on a blackboard, making it easy to see what ingredients are being used, which added to the excitement while we waited for our dishes. The drinks available are only wine and beer!! There were some kanji I couldn't read, so I won't go into detail about each dish. My recommendations are the cold capellini with snow crab and strawberry sauce, the frittata with white asparagus and sakura shrimp, and the roasted bamboo shoots with clams in Genovese sauce✨✨ The seasonal vegetables were abundant, and the ingredients were of high quality; the bamboo shoots were fragrant, and the white asparagus was juicy and incredibly delicious, possibly due to the cooking method✨✨ Other ingredients included fava beans, cauliflower, and sakura shrimp. The entire course was served in about an hour and a half. It was a very comfortable place to relax and enjoy delicious food, which was truly soothing. We each had about 4 to 5 drinks, totaling around JPY 35,000. I would love to visit again. Thank you for the wonderful meal!✨✨
