I visited for lunch just after 1 PM. After taking off my shoes, I was shown to my seat. The restaurant was decorated with flowers and figurines, and soothing music played, creating a relaxing atmosphere. I ordered the Mix White Paitan Ramen, while my companion chose the Rare Beef Katsu Rice Bowl. I was informed that orders were placed via smartphone, but I had no trouble with the process. The owner came to explain that he would be using his homemade smoked chashu and asked if I was okay with smoked flavors. In addition to the usual chashu, I was able to try the smoked version as well. The ramen featured medium-thick noodles and a rich broth, rather than a light one, with the chashu being rare and tender, making it incredibly delicious. I would love to come back just to have this chashu again. My companion's Rare Beef Katsu Rice Bowl came as part of a set with soup, salad, and a mini dessert, and they seemed very satisfied.
