This restaurant is both a yakitori izakaya and a place that serves carefully crafted ramen. I visited with the intention of enjoying drinks and snacks first, and then finishing off with some ramen. I had the impression it would be a stubborn old man’s shop (my apologies for the stereotype), but I was greeted by a kind owner and staff. I noticed that the unique menu featured several items with cilantro, so I ordered a few. After savoring the food and drinks, I ordered ramen to finish off my meal. The ramen is based on all-natural ingredients and has a distinctive flavor that you can’t find anywhere else. The more you eat, the more you might crave it. If you are accustomed to rich flavors and chemical seasonings, you might find it a bit mild, but I believe that is the intention of the owner. With its extraordinary taste and the hint of spices, I found myself finishing every last drop of the gentle broth. Contrary to the image I had of the establishment, it turned out to be a warm and inviting place. The interior has a unique design and can be described as stylish. Rather than a place for loud gatherings, it feels more like a serene spot to enjoy a quiet experience. I look forward to trying other ramen varieties next time. It was a great meal.
