Good evening, this is Kameji. I visited Raamen Fukuraku Kamo, located in Kamo City, Niigata Prefecture. This place is literally a ramen shop. The menu features ramen and gyoza. For ramen, you can find options like seaweed, bamboo shoots, and chashu ramen. This time, I ordered the Menma Raamen and gyoza. The Menma Raamen was filled with generous portions of bamboo shoots. The menma (bamboo shoots) were large, tender, and flavorful. The broth was a soy sauce base with a mild taste. It came with two slices of chashu, which were soft and delicious. The noodles were straight and medium thickness, making them easy to eat. The gyoza was neither exceptional nor disappointing. Overall, the Menma Raamen was quite tasty.
