The fugu course offers three options, starting from an affordable 6,600 yen course to one that includes fugu fin sake. You can enjoy various fugu dishes prepared in different styles, such as fugu sashimi, fugu hot pot, and dobin mushi. In addition to the classic fried fugu, there are also creative dishes like salt-grilled and Saikyo grilled fugu. The luxurious course features "fugu no gane-daki," a Nagasaki local dish where the fugu, blanched and then frozen, is cut into chunks and simmered with ingredients in sake. An all-you-can-drink option is available for an additional 2,200 yen.

We also offer an "omakase course" where you can enjoy seasonal delicacies in small portions. The beef and green onion shabu-shabu included in the course is very popular. You can also change the beef shabu-shabu to steak. We use Nagasaki wagyu, which has a melt-in-your-mouth texture that is truly delightful. Since we incorporate plenty of seasonal ingredients, you can enjoy different flavors depending on the season. For an additional 2,200 yen, you can also upgrade to an all-you-can-drink option! Please consider using this for business meetings or family celebrations.
