User experience really bad. Withdrawal costs $20 (the debit card withdrawal was limited to funds deposited using the same debit card and only in last few years) and still takes days, for wiring. Rep manually emailed me to confirm so I missed the email and he supposedly tried to call me but left no voicemail. Felt like I paid $20 for a poor experience. The whole company behaves like a small business. The only good thing is that it's regulated so if they go under I wouldn't lose my money, supposedly.

There are so many choice of online brokers out there, Oanda stood out for me for their human touch, even for a small account holder. Brett Cummings, the account manager, had called a few times since the account was set up just to check how things are, he was professional, friendly and very efficient! I would have no idea how they manage this while most companies are cutting cost for client services.
I'd highly recommend Oanda for this reason and one day when I feel ready to open a larger account, I'd be happy to stay with Oanda.
Oanda's system had broken down. Wasn't able to log in or see the charts on my mobile or my laptop for hours. Contacted Oanda & they explained that there was a fault with their system & that the engineers are fixing the problem. Within the hour, problem solved now everything functioning smoothly

The end of this week
The end of this week. Will > FOUR < weeks I'm waiting for the status of my account. Customer service. There is none. Dealing with the Toronto Office. Gave me a phone number in New York ??? Which doze not connect. They do not reply via email or phone. The only reason I want an account with is. The have an indicator for trading two pairs, I'm unable to find anywhere else. But I will keep looking.
Other wise I would not deal with them.

After using Oanda for 15 years as a professional, and spending a lot off money on trading i was excluded with a 3 days of notes. And they will not tell me why.
Do not sign up on this company, they are going down soon. I believe they are in trouble. I had a very hard time getting my money out after they closed my accounts for no reason at all. DO NOT sign up here.
And guess who i handling complains in Oanda, whuhooo yes Oanda. Nice guys. :-(

Don`t use OANDA
I tried to open an account with this platform and provided every document I had to prove my address. I live in a student home where I pay a fixed rent of 3,400 NOK per month. I do not receive separate bills for electricity, Wi-Fi, or anything else — it's all included.
The only document I could provide was the rent invoice that clearly shows my name, the amount I pay, and the location. Still, they refused to accept it as proof of residence. I explained multiple times that this is standard for student housing and that no other documents exist in my name related to this address.
Instead of using basic logic and understanding, they chose to be rigid and unhelpful. It seems they’re more interested in creating obstacles than gaining real customers.
If a legitimate and transparent document from an actual resident isn’t enough, then what is? Completely unreasonable experience. I’ve now taken my business elsewhere

The registration process requires a lot…
I acknowledge that the customer support team has been very proactive and responsive; however, the registration process requires a lot of documents, and some of the requirements seem subjective and inconsistent with the published regulations. I have spent a considerable amount of time and am still waiting for the account approval.
Update 31/3: My account has been successfully created. Although it took some time and the process was a bit complicated, I’m satisfied with the result. I’ve updated the star rating from 2 to 4 stars. Hoping for a good collaboration ahead.
