William E. Lane is a circuit court judge for the 21st Judicial Circuit, which presides over Bath, Menifee, Montgomery, and Rowan counties of Kentucky.[1] He was appointed to the court in 2009 by Governor Steve Beshear and was re-elected without opposition in 2014.[2][3][4][5] His current eight-year term expires on January 1, 2023.[6]
