Cook received a B.A. from Rutgers University and a J.D. from the University of Toledo.[3]
Career
Prior to joining the Superior Court, Cook was a supervisory trial lawyer at the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission in Philadelphia. Before that he served as a deputy attorney general, where he focused on racial profiling by state police.[4]
