The Mob plot
"cruel... cunning... cold as ice..."
Gangster and murderer Blackie Clay has outsmarted Police Detective Johnny Damico and Damico is put on hold. In reality, Damico goes underground as a criminal to find Clay and round up his gangster gang. The mobsters hate Damico's initiatives and want to get him out of the way, but Damico survives.
