Jerry Morgan is a neurotic American ventriloquist who is touring Europe. He almost goes insane when he can't control the words coming out of his doll. On the advice of his manager, he visits the beautiful psychiatrist Ilse Nordstrom. On the way he picks up one of his dolls from a repairman, but what he does not know is that the blueprint of a secret weapon is hidden in the doll. From that moment on, Jerry gets caught up in intrigue and espionage affairs.
