Rundfunk plot
Brace yourself. This is Rundfunk. An absurdist, bizarre, unethical, clumsy and hard-hitting series about a totally crazy high school. The German teacher has a dubious fascination for a well-known Austrian politician from the 1930s, the deputy principal prefers to play with the breasts of the Chinese meal delivery lady and the art teacher draws everything on her uninhibited horniness.

Not as enthusiastic as the rest, but Rundfunk does have 'something': it's hip, it's fast, it has crazy colors, it's absurd, it has mean jokes. For a production that consists of one episode of an average television series, it also has more storylines and characters than you would expect. In that sense, the series would benefit from a longer playing time, but that appears to be the case in the sequel. The only criticism is that it remains a bit wrong for being wrong. I hope they come up with something stronger than just 'haaahaaa nigga, haaahaaa Chinese'.

That was already the last episode of the season and according to the makers maybe one day. It didn't reach the level of the first season, but I thought it was great again. This is typically a series that gets more fun when friends or colleagues watch it too. This season has also yielded a lot of nice quotes: [spoiler=ep10]even playboy to playboy, I don't know you boy, slap dirty pagga, sir can close that window, je suis Barteljaap etc.
Many characters from the first season are now much better developed, especially Barteljaap, Armani, Eddie and Mister Hulst. Pierre Bokma's character, the German teacher ([spoiler=ep10]or not), was the most expected, but was certainly not the star of the season. I found all the scenes with the character Victor a bit less strong.
We'll get another theater show, but hopefully Rundfunk will be back on the tube next year. Just afraid not..
