This business hotel offers a variety of side dishes, including mekabu seaweed salad and onsen tamago (hot spring egg). I loved the bamboo shoot takikomi gohan (rice cooked with bamboo shoots). It was generously filled with chunks of bamboo shoot. The tempura featured freshly fried shrimp, lotus root, and pork with ume (pickled plum) sauce. Being located in Kagawa, they naturally serve udon as well. The sweet miso soup is made with white miso for a slightly sweeter flavor. The hotel's pride, curry rice, is simmered perfectly, as you can tell by its rich color. With sweet dumplings and fruits for dessert, I left feeling completely satisfied.
