Chinese Shuka This was my first visit in six years to a restaurant that fully answered my question about enjoying a nice drink in a beautiful setting. Despite being a Chinese restaurant, the interior has a cozy atmosphere with fish prints on display, completely different from the typical mainland-style places you often find these days. Three of us older gentlemen raised our glasses for a long-awaited toast. When I asked for fried chicken, they served us jellyfish with ponzu sauce instead. Fried chicken, jellyfish, fried chicken, jellyfish... well, it can't be helped. I hadn't had shark fin since my days as a salaryman during business dinners, but trying proper shark fin again was a revelation—so delicious! The sweet and sour pork had an incredible aroma of black vinegar that hit me the moment it arrived; it was an impactful experience like nothing I had ever tasted before. I thought for sure that #Shogun Takeda's fried chicken would be better, but... I apologize, but the quality is just on another level—absolutely amazing!
