I was taken here for my first visit by an acquaintance. The restaurant has a high-end appearance. There are counter and table seats by the open kitchen, serving lunch during the day and authentic Japanese cuisine at night. Both lunch and dinner offer course options. I chose the Pork Shoulder Ginger Stir-Fry Set Meal from the lunch menu. At JPY 1,400, it felt surprisingly reasonable. The atmosphere is calm, with a warm wooden interior. The ginger stir-fry was different from what I usually see; instead of thinly grilled meat, it featured thick slices of pork, likely a result of low-temperature cooking. The meat was tender and delicious. This restaurant is produced by Chef Hidemasa Yamamoto, who has held positions as the executive chef at the Ritz-Carlton Washington, D.C. and for state dinners with American presidents. The owner, Kenta Kato, is a culinary expert who has dedicated himself to the art of Japanese cuisine. Dishes like the 'Sashimi' and 'Truffled Dashi Omelette' are also popular and showcase his skill. If it were closer, I would definitely want to revisit for various occasions.
