Our pride is in our handmade skewers, which we prepare every morning by hand. We use the renowned "Abedori" chicken from Iwate Prefecture. It has a sweet flavor and a firm texture, and even when grilled, it maintains a delightful, bouncy mouthfeel. We also pay special attention to the salt and sauce used for the skewers. For the salt, we use "Amami Salt," a natural salt from Tosa that pairs well with the skewers. The sauce is a homemade recipe that has been passed down for about 20 years, taking three days to prepare. It is soy sauce-based, with a sweet and thick consistency that clings beautifully to the skewers. We invite you to try our proud sauce at least once!
