タレといっても、想像していた一般的な焼肉のタレとは一味違ってオリジナリティに溢れてます❤︎

【名物！羽柴家肉盛りセット】

お肉とホルモンが一通りと、サラダや〆、食べ放題のご飯や野菜までセットになったお得な肉盛りセットを頼めば間違いない…！
どのホルモンもまったくクセがなく食べやすいものばかりで、看板メニューのハラミも2種類のタレでいただけます✨

メニューが以前伺った時と少し変わっていて《特製洗いダレ》なるものが登場してました！
こちらは焼いたお肉を洗う斬新なタレで、食べるまでどんなお味か全く想像がつかなかったのですが…
お酢ベースでさっぱりしていてすごく好みでした〜❤︎タレの味変にもぴったり！


そして、お肉を楽しんだ最後の〆にいただけるそばがこれまた絶品なので今回も楽しみにしてました♪
全粒粉の太麺×タレはお肉の旨味入りの甘辛ダレ×卵黄のまろやかな濃厚ダレのそばはお腹がいっぱいでもするする食べられる美味しさ◎

As expected from the recommendations, the quality of the harami was superb—so tender it melted in my mouth! ❤︎ The organs were easy to eat with no strong flavors, making them delicious as well.✨ Also, I couldn’t take a picture due to the quantity limit, but the cabbage salad had a great seasoning that refreshed my palate between bites of meat. The teppan has a slanted design that allows you to grill meat at the top while cooking onions and bean sprouts at the bottom. The juices from the meat infused into the vegetables, enhancing their flavor! Additionally, the soba served at the end was exquisite. With thick whole grain noodles and a sauce infused with the meat's umami alongside rich egg, it created a wonderfully smooth finish.❤︎ I couldn’t stop eating it—it was just that good! 【Thinly Sliced Tongue】 Enjoy it with special yuzu garlic—a distinct flavor you won't find elsewhere! The refreshing yuzu and the punch of garlic are a perfect match. 【Wagyu Aburi Yukhoe】 This was incredibly delicious too! (My family said this was their favorite dish.) The seasoning was exquisite, and it’s clear that Hashiba-ke has a great sense for flavor!✨ The freshness of the meat was impressive as well. 【Raw Omasum】 I remember disliking omasum in hot pot before, but this raw version was incredible—I loved it so much that I want to eat it again next time! ❤︎ I heard followers rave about the heart sashimi, so I might want to try that when I return! ☺️ 【Hashiba-ke's Meat Kimchi】 Kimchi with meat is simply the best!!!! This is genuine Korean-style kimchi with robust flavors. It's filled with tender pieces of meat and is super flavorful.◎ Perfect as a snack with drinks or a palate refresher. _____________________________________________ Every flavor suited my tastes, and everything was delicious!✨ I was personally shocked that this is a completely new genre of Yakiniku! It seems there is a branch in Tenma as well, and that could be great for a quick bite—definitely got me interested! ◎ I’ll likely miss the fresh meat and unique sauces from here, so I plan to visit with my family again.❤︎ It was a great meal! ☺️ 〖Child-Friendly Information〗 They welcomed kids, and I found high chairs and cutlery available when I visited with my child.
