This dish is made using carefully selected domestic beef offal, luxuriously crafted to showcase the flavors born in Kyushu! Please choose your preferred soup flavor. ■ Classic Soy Sauce [Recommended]… A light soy sauce flavor that is a staple in Kyushu. ■ Umami Salt… A garlic-flavored salt base that enhances the deliciousness of the offal.

Under the wonderful conditions of well-drained shirasu plateaus covered with volcanic ash from Sakurajima and a warm climate, sweet potatoes, particularly the Kogane Senkan variety, are primarily used as the main ingredient for imo shochu. Additionally, we offer various shochus from Kyushu, including barley shochu originating from Iki in Nagasaki Prefecture, as well as limited edition and seasonal shochus in consultation with the brewers!
