He stands out among pizzerias in Chiba Prefecture. ◾︎Boso Shokusai Pizza – Ragu di Cinghiale: Winner of the Best Prize in the processed food category at the 6th Boso Game Contest. It features wild boar cuts from Kisarazu simmered in local red wine, topped with vegetables, cheese, and Oomasarai from nearby Narita. Truly local farm-to-table. ◾︎Pesto Funghi ¥1880: A cheese pizza with truffle paste and mushrooms.
