This time, I visited a place I had been curious about for a while. I heard that dinner is closed during the state of emergency. For lunch, I had the 'Fermented Rice Set Meal made with homemade fermented seasonings and organic vegetables.' I chose pork from the options of salt-grilled wild fish, soy-sauce grilled pork, and homemade miso-mirin grilled tofu. The plate was generous with grilled organic vegetables. The delicious pork, wrapped in veggies and grilled to perfection, made me go for more rice. The homemade pickled veggies, made with nuka, and the accompanying dishes were well-seasoned, making them pairs excellently with the rice, resulting in a high satisfaction level. The miso soup was made with homemade miso, and the tea was a special blend from organic ingredients. The use of naturally grown rice and mixed grain rice reflected their commitment to handmade and organic dining. While I felt there could have been a bit more pork, the quality and experience justified the JPY 2,000 price tag. I'd love to visit again!
