On our way back from Aquas, we felt a little hungry and decided to visit this café for the first time. Outside, there's a display of fluffy and delicious-looking pancakes that caught our eye. This is our pancake revenge! Since it was a Saturday evening, the place was almost full. By the way, we weren’t aware that this café is actually a well-known coffee chain with locations across the country. We ordered pancakes and drinks. When placing our order, we were informed that it would take about 20 minutes for the pancakes to be ready. We said it was fine. As we waited for the pancakes, we enjoyed our drinks and shared fond memories of our time at Aquas. What a luxurious way to spend time together as a family of three! Finally, the pancakes arrived. They were indeed fluffy, sweet, and absolutely delicious. We successfully avenged our previous pancake encounter. While enjoying one plate among the three of us, we wondered if we could recreate such pancakes at home. Since none of us are huge fans of sweets, sharing one plate was just the right amount. It was a great meal!
