Our recommendation, which allows you to casually enjoy teppanyaki and the delicious flavors of Shiga, is the "Omi Beef Sirloin Teppanyaki Steak." Our experienced staff will carefully grill it for you. There are various cuts and sizes available, so please feel free to ask. We offer about six types of sake from Shiga, and when including sake from outside the prefecture, there are around fifteen varieties. We also have local sake produced in the vicinity of the shop. The wine selection consists of carefully chosen options by a sommelier from a partner liquor store, specifically paired with our dishes. We have a wide variety of bottles available, with eight types each of red and white wine.
