Food Grilled Fresh Fish
When you visit our restaurant, be sure to try our "Genshi-yaki" (primitive grilling) at the irori (traditional Japanese hearth) near the entrance! We carefully grill the fish over charcoal for about 30 minutes, adjusting the heat as needed. By standing the fish upright, excess fat and moisture drip away, resulting in a plump and delicious finish from the inside out. In addition to fish, we also highly recommend our specialty dish, "Butatama Ippon-yaki" (whole grilled pork tongue)! You can enjoy the tender and flavorful pork tongue in its entirety.

We offer around 20 carefully selected brands of sake from all over the country, allowing you to choose your preferred flavor, whether it's a light and fruity taste, a crisp dry type, or one that highlights the sweetness and umami of rice. One of the attractions is that all sake is reasonably priced at 500 yen for a half serving. Please also enjoy our seasonal limited sake. We have delicious side dishes that can be enjoyed for around 500 yen, such as "sweet shrimp marinated in soy sauce" and "salted salmon." Don't miss our daily fish dishes as well!

We procure fresh bonito and prepare it in-house using straw to create "Straw-Grilled Bonito Sashimi." The fragrant smoke that rises from the burning straw enhances the flavor of the bonito even more. The flames quickly sear the surface evenly, and the high temperature cooks it all at once, concentrating the umami flavor. You can enjoy the deliciousness of the ingredients as they are, making it a perfect match with our carefully selected sake. Please be sure to savor this freshly grilled, aromatic delicacy!

After much trial and error, we have perfected our signature drink, the "Tasting Heart Lemon Sour," along with a variety of refreshing and easy-to-drink options like "Red Shiso Sour" and sour drinks made with plum and fresh ginger. One particularly unique offering is the "Jitsuyama Pepper Sour," which features a dry, tingling flavor from pickled sansho berries. Our freshly squeezed-style sours made with seasonal fruits are not only delicious but also have a stylish appearance, making them perfect for women!
